  I am very much impressed with the high standard of care that my family and I have been receiving for the last two and half years. Dr. Rashmi El- Salamani is a very good doctor and a very good friend. She is very caring. I highly recommend this clinic.

  THE MOST APPALLING SERVICE! I have been attending this practice for many years and have NEVER received such abysmal, rude service from a doctor. Having NO idea why I was summoned I took time off work to attend the last appointment of the day. JULIA Conway was uncommunicative, did not listen despite several enquiries as to the reason for the appointment. My blood pressure taken....No result or discussion Referral for bloods just put in front of me without acknowledgement or explanation. When I insisted on answers I was asked to leave. Interestingly when I asked for a complaints proceedure I was told by the practice Manager "They didn't have one" Eventually after asking 3 times I was told to write a letter. The first such disgraceful behaviour I have had at this clinic. BE WARNED She is an inept, ineffectual, member of This practice. This is why she bulk bills!

  Usually very good practice and wait times not too lengthy. Have had issues with making appointments on two occasions now. Once my appointment was not made at all, and the other time was made with a different doctor to who I requested and I was unable to see the doctor I had been dealing with.
